I launched my career at HSBC in Hong Kong, scaled product-led growth for MoneyHero Group (NASDAQ: MNY) after Series A to lift conversion rates, then co-founded Planto as a team of 3. I raised a VC pre-seed in a tough market like Hong Kong and orchestrated the hard parts of building: landing first customers and first revenue, early hires, ecosystem partnerships, strategy, team building, the B2B pivot, GTM, and key account management. We scaled from zero to profitability and a top fintech brand in the city, closing some of the world’s biggest financial institutions.
